If you've landed here from an older article, a quick orientation: Thistle Intelligence builds the infrastructure that turns unstructured information — documents, recordings, feeds — into something you can actually ask questions of. The platform is the machinery. The applications are what get built on top of it.
Here's where things stand as of July 2026.
Two new platform services
The platform gained two services this stretch, both in production.
Speech. Audio in, structured text out — including speaker separation, so a two-hour recording with four people in it comes back knowing who said what. Recordings stop being a thing you'd have to re-listen to and become something you can search.
Quotes. A curated quote corpus where every entry is fully cited and attribution-verified. That last part is the whole point: most quote collections are a swamp of confident misattribution, half of it invented and passed along for decades. This one checks. Memory Castle is its first consumer.
Both follow the same pattern as the rest of the platform — decoupled services, each solving one problem properly, composable into applications.
Memory Castle is approaching alpha
Memory Castle is the first application built on the platform, and it's the closest to shipping.
It's a Personal Growth Management System (PGMS) — the category that sits alongside task managers and note apps, and handles the part neither of them touches: whether you're actually moving toward the life you want, and whether you'd notice if you'd stopped.
You capture whatever you've got — typed, dropped in as a file, or just spoken out loud — and you never file any of it. You get it back by asking, in plain language. And because it sees across everything you've given it over time, it surfaces what you're too close to notice yourself: the goal you've quietly stopped mentioning, the idea you've come back to eleven times without acting on.
Managing what you do is productivity.
Managing who you become is personal growth management.

A refreshed site
This site was out of date and is now rebuilt — proper pages for the products, a clearer account of what the platform is, and an expanded About section.
Two additions worth pointing at:
- News — short factual briefs on what's actually happening in AI. Model releases, chip supply, regulation, workforce shifts. What matters, without the hype cycle wrapped around it.
- The blog — organized by category now, and focused going forward on AI: where it's genuinely being applied, where it isn't working, and what that means for the industries we work in.
Every post from the old site redirects to its new home, so nothing you've bookmarked will break.
What's next
Memory Castle alpha. That's the immediate one. The waitlist is how you get in — early access goes to that list first.
Input to Insights (I2I) comes after it: the same platform services pointed at organizational knowledge rather than personal knowledge.
And the platform itself is available to work with now, directly. If you've got information you can't get answers out of, that's a conversation worth having.
