Services / Implementation

We don't just install it. We teach your team to run it.

Implementation is the full sequence from defining what success looks like to your team operating the result independently — inventorying what's already there, structuring the data flows, configuring the platform, and validating against the objectives set at the start, not the ones that felt easiest to hit.

METHOD
8-phase implementation sequence
01 — What's included

The eight-phase sequence, in three stages

01 / DEFINE & MAP

Define objectives, map what exists

Success metrics get defined before a line of configuration is written, then the data sources and systems already in place get inventoried — the objectives set here are what the whole implementation gets validated against at the end.

02 / BUILD & TUNE

Structure, configure, optimize

Data flows get structured into intelligence pipelines, the platform gets configured against your actual use cases, and the result gets tuned for them — not left at default settings and called finished.

03 / PROVE & HANDOVER

Validate, educate, refine

Results get checked against the objectives from step one, your team gets trained to run what was built, and the system gets refined against how it's actually used once live — not how it was assumed it would be.

02 — The problem

An implementation only we can run isn't finished.

A lot of implementations end at go-live, with the vendor holding the only copy of how it actually works. Knowledge transfer is built into the sequence itself — documentation, training, and enough context that your team owns and can evolve the system once we're gone, not just operate it by rote.

  • Leave with documentation your team actually wrote against, not an afterthought PDF
  • Get your own people trained to extend the system, not just click through it
  • Own the result outright — nothing about running it stays dependent on us

Ship it in a form your team can actually run.

We'll walk the full sequence against your own objectives and data, start to finish.
