When AI breaks, we fix it — whoever built it.
An AI system that's broken, degrading, or just not doing what it's supposed to — ours, a third party's, or something built in-house. We triage it, find out what's actually wrong, and fix it. Vendor-agnostic, on demand. Support fixes it when you call — Managed Services is the retainer built to keep you from needing to.

- Any AI system, any vendor
From what's wrong to what's fixed
Triage & audit
The honest entry point: we assess what's actually wrong before committing to a fix. We won't SLA a system we haven't looked at, and neither should you accept that from anyone else.
Root-cause fix
Vendor-agnostic diagnosis and repair — whether the system is ours, a third party's, or something an internal team built.
Handback
The system returned in working order, with what was wrong and what we did about it documented — a standalone engagement, not the start of a longer contract.
How Support differs
Will you just try to sell us Implementation instead?
No. Support is standalone rescue work — the point is fixing what exists, not using the engagement to sell a new build.
Can you commit to a fix before you've looked at it?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every Support engagement starts with a triage assessment — that's how we find out what's actually broken and what fixing it takes.
How is this different from Managed Services?
Support fixes it when you call; Managed makes sure you don't have to.
Something broken? Start with triage.
Tell us what the system is supposed to do and what it's actually doing, and we'll assess it from there.
